Raspberries | Blueberries | Strawberries |

I like this recipe because you can use any combination of berries you like!  I used a equal amounts of raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries.

4 c fresh berries
1/3 c sugar
3 T flour
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
3/4 c quick oats
1/4 c cold butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees if you are using a glass pan). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. In a large bowl, gently toss the berries with 1/3 c sugar and 3 T flour.  Pour the berries into the prepared pan. In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, 1/3 c flour, and quick oats.  Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle over berries.  Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.  Top with vanilla ice cream.  Serves 6.
