It was like produce Christmas and Santa was Papa Spud's last week, to my surprise I had two boxes instead of one and inside the second was a BIG bunch of beets with beautiful beet greens! I made a big pot of southern beet greens seasoned with smoked turkey wings for Thanksgiving and still have the beets for juicing and for roasting to put on salads this week, you made my day when I saw that box of beets!!!
