Asian Stir-Fried Medley

Ingredients:
* 1-2 yellow squash, sliced in semi-circles
* 1-2 zucchini, sliced in semi-circles
* 1 onion, sliced
* 1 red or green pepper, sliced
* 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (we use Kikkoman)
* 1/8 cup soy sauce
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tsp minced ginger
* dash of garlic powder
* oil to coat pan

Method:
1. Heat wok or pan on medium-high heat. 2. Coat lightly with olive oil, vegetable oil, Pam, or other 3. Place all vegetables in heated pan/wok until thoroughly cooked (usually 10-15 minutes, depending on heat) 4. Add ginger when almost done. Cook for 1 minute. 5. In separate bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, salt pepper, and garlic powder. 6. Add to wok/pan and cook for 1 minute. Toss/stir to coat all vegetables. Serve over rice.
