Squash, Spaghetti | Tomatoes, Grape, Cherry... | Broccoli | Haag and Sons Seafood |
1 Spaghetti Squash
2 cups broccoli chopped
20 cherry tomatoes
flounder
olive oil
parmesan cheese

All local ingredients from Papa Spuds except for cheese and olive oil.
Preheat grill.
Cook squash in microwave by splitting in half and place cut side down for up to ten minutes or until you can scrape out all of the spaghetti like strings. While its cooking, grill flounder in an aluminum foil 'tent' with an ice cube on top and a little bit of olive oil spread on top. Steam broccoli until bright green and throw in the tomatoes right at the end to warm them up a bit.

Put all on a plate, sprinkle with pepper and parmesan cheese and that's it! Beautiful and many less calories than using regular spaghetti.
