Ingredients: 4 chicken breats (boneless/skinless) 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp chopped parsley Italian Seasoning, to taste
Combine the mustard, soy sauce, and melted butter in a shallow dish. Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, and italian seasoning in another shallow dish.
Dredge the chicken breats in the mustard mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. Coat evenly with the bread crumb mixture.
