We have beautiful, local, hydroponically grown Romaine Lettuce on the list from Lee's Produce and Coastal Plains Produce! Romaine lettuce has lovely, long, bright green leaves, a crisp texture, and deep taste. Romaine lettuce makes wonderful salads (especially the classic Caesar salad), but it is also great on the grill. Brush lemon juice with minced garlic & rosemary over the romaine before and after grilling. Top with grated parmesan and serve. The slight grilled rosemary flavor really highlights the freshness of the lemon and lettuce!
