Pork from from Shane Lee Farm is available on the order page this week! Lee Farm is Animal Welfare Approved and all of the pigs are pasture raised. They are fed a totally vegetable diet and are antibiotic-free. All Lee Farms pigs are Berkshire Cross pigs and produce a meat that is more flavorful than standard pork due to the increased marbling and deeper red color of the meat. Berkshire pork also retains moisture better than standard pork which produces better cooking qualities!
