Shiitake Mushrooms
Delicious, shiitake mushrooms are available this week from Chris Smith of Smith's Nursery and Produce. These beauties are only available for a few weeks out of the year. They are picked fresh, and beautiful, full mushrooms, unlike the dried out, weeks old shiitakes that you will find at the grocery store. We will only get a few weeks of availability on these, so enjoy them while you can!
