Early Lodi apples and wild blackberries are blended with cane sugar and lemons in this beautiful, slightly tart spread of fruit cooked until just shy of fall-apart-tenderness. The spread is thickened with the apples’ natural pectin; no pectin or preservatives are added. This delightful spread is delicious on toast, stirred into yogurt, or as a fruit topping for ice cream!
