Local Carrots
We have beautiful, organic, local carrots from Down 2 Earth Farm on the order page this week! Carrots are great raw, but they also work well in savory dinners and sweet desserts. For a savory-sweet side dish, try Balsamic Roasted Baby Carrots. Roast carrots for 30 minutes or until golden and tender. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar and roast for a few minutes more until most of the vinegar has evaporated. Serve!
