Korean BBQ Chicken Bulgogi
Bulgogi is a sweet and savory Korean BBQ dish that has become more and more popular in the US. Bulgogi is typically made with beef, but the marinated flavors come together just as nicely in this chicken preparation (also known as Dak Bulgogi). Chicken pieces marinate in a ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar marinade that you can prepare ahead of time. Then they are sauteed in a pan where they develop a beautiful color. A quick and delicious meal that can be served in lettuce wraps, over a salad, or with a simple side of rice.
