Available for next week, we have some beautiful pasture-raised, grass-fed, local Chuck Eye Steaks available from Firsthand Foods! Chuck Eyes Steaks are part of a growing trend in the meat industry to rediscover the art of butchery, and reveal hidden gems in the lesser valued parts of the steer. Chuck Eyes are just as tender as premium cuts like Ribeyes, but at half the price!

Cooking grass-fed beef is a little different from cooking a steak from the grocery store. The meat is leaner, so it is easier to overcook it. However, we will be providing instructions with each cut on how to cook a grass-fed steak restaurant style over your stove-top. We will also include fresh rosemary and thyme, so you can prepare a dollop of garlic herbed butter to go over your steak, a decadent treat like you'd find at a steakhouse!
