Award-winning Baklava from Nur's Kitchen Delights is back on the order page this week! Nur's Kitchen Delights is a home-based kitchen located in Cary. Nur's specializes in traditional, authentic Mediterranean & Middle Eastern style baked goods and side dishes. Ilknur Abushakra, the chef at Nur's Kitchen Delights uses only the freshest, high-quality ingredients and all of her products are completely natural with no preservatives or artificial ingredients. Nur's Baklava is a rich, sweetened, Middle Eastern pastry, made with layers of phyllo sheets, butter, walnuts, and pecans. After it is baked, lemon and cinnamon flavored syrup poured over the pastry and allowed to soak in. Nun's Kitchen Delights won the 2013 NC State Fair Blue Ribbon for Baklava!
