Stir-fried Chicken & Brussels Sprouts


As we enter the Fall, and lives get busy with school, work, and holidays, it gets harder to find time to spend in the kitchen; especially during the week. Stir fry dishes are a delicious way to get a healthy dinner on the table without tons of work or cleanup. This simple, Asian inspired stir-fry, combines flavorful chicken thighs, with hearty brussels sprouts, garlic, and peppers in a delicious dish that your family will think you ordered in! This is also a nice way to use up veggies from refrigerator, simply chop them up, and toss them in to cook alongside the brussels sprouts and pepper. The oyster and fish stir-fry sauce used in this dish is very versatile, and is even delicious without the meat in a vegetarian stir-fry or side.

Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless (1 lb.)
Brussels Sprouts (8 oz.)
Anaheim pepper, local (1 ct.)
Oyster sauce (2 Tbsp.)
Fish sauce (1 tsp.)
White Pepper (pinch)
