Homemade Crackers with Local Cheese
For a unique gift this holiday season, how about giving your very own homemade crackers with a container of Hillsborough Cheese Co. chèvre or Ashe County Cheese?! Are
you attending a holiday event? Present your host/hostess with a gift of local cheese and
they’ll be happy, but tell them you made the crackers and watch their jaws drop! Crackers are
surprisingly easy to make at home with just a few basic ingredients. They can be sweet or savory,
just by tweaking the ingredients a little. Actually, this gift is so easy to make, you may decide
that you want to gift yourself! For next week, Ashe County and Hillsborough Cheese Company cheeses will
