Fresh Fall Broccoli
For the second week, we have local broccoli on the order page. This is the time of year that broccoli
is most tender and flavorful! Broccoli that matures during the consistently cool weather of fall, produces
healthy heads that are sweeter tasting than those picked at any other time. Broccoli is great steamed,
stir-fried, or raw in salads, but one of the easiest ways to prepare it is to roast it. Five minutes of
prep time and ten minutes in the oven are all it takes to serve delicious Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli!
