We have a beautiful organic, mixed kale option available from Down 2 Earth Farm for next week! The mixed bunch includes Red Russian Kale, Green Curly Kale, and broad leaf Lacinato Kale! The three varieties can be cooked the same way you would a traditional bunch of kale, but with three different varieties will add some very nice color and texture to your standard kale dish. Enjoy kale raw or lightly wilted in a salad, as a cooked green, or even roasted in the oven for kale chips!
