(recommended to serve with pork or chicken)
1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion (diced)
1 small garlic clove (garlic pressed or diced)
3 Tbsp. worstecher sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 tsp each cumin, cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, paprika and fresh ground black pepper
Saute the onion and garlic in the oik until the onions are translucent. Stir in the sauces, spices and blueberries. Allow to simmer for about 30 min. Some of the berries will stay whole but most will burst and make a lovely chunky sauce that is great over a boneless porkchop or a lovely grilled chicken breast. Enjoy! | |
